Who didn't think it'd be jailbreakable? It runs the same EXACT hardware as the GSM model (except for the CDMA antenna), so that means a tethered jailbreak will always be there, no matter what.

I agree. If Subways are only serving Manhattan, riders in The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn will protest.

Subway only runs in Manhattan below 96th St and buses have been eliminated so those things in other boroughs won't get served
