A much-heralded online forum on the MTA's proposed fare hike was hamstrung by various technical glitches Monday, leaving some users unable to put in their two cents worth. The MTA blamed the problems on a third-party vendor, and said they were hoping to have the problems fixed before the next 'Webinar'.
