An M-7 car is 85' long, 10' 6" wide, and 12' 11½" high. I believe that an M-1A, which I think were replaced by the M-7s, and an M-3A have the same dimensions as an M-7.

The C-Series bi-level cars, which are pushed/pulled by the DE30AC (diesel) and DM30AC (diesel/electric) locomotives, are 85' long, 9' 10½" wide, and 14' 5.59" high. You can check out more information about this one at http://www.kawasakirailcar.com/lirr.htm.
