I've been reading posts on this forum a few months now but have officially joined in anticipation of being part of the MTA. The Station Agent list is up to #318 and I'm #322 . I've been in banking nearly 8 years and after getting the runaround several times, this opportunity came at the right time. Also, I will have my Bachelor's degree in Business by February and I am very curious about the Staff Analyst positions (if anyone has information on those, let me know). Its starting to feel like a family tradition to be a part of the MTA. My pops was with MaBSTOA as a bus operator for nearly 30 years. Hopefully the station agent position isn't as stressful.
