M. Friday 1986 Posted May 16, 2015 Share #1 Posted May 16, 2015 Hello, everyone! Here are some sights and sounds from last weekend's event at the Trolley Museum of New York. This video documents volunteers - men and women of all ages - hard at work in helping out with R16 car 6398's restoration. More priming, body work, sanding, and grinding before the actual painting of the car takes place. Plans for 6398 call to have the car painted in the silver and blue 1970 NYCTA paint scheme. Please enjoy the video. The museum's trying to raise funds towards electrification, among other things in an effort to turn around its establishment. If you like what you see in the video, please consider donating to the museum or volunteering at one of these events, held once a month from April to November.GoFundMe - Bring Electrification to TMNYhttp://www.gofundme.com/BringElectrificationToTMNYDonate to TMNYhttp://www.tmny.org/shop.htmlThank you all.M.F.'
