Anyone who has taken a look at the schematic track and interlocking diagrams download has probably noticed it includes the email (surprisingly, a gmail) of the person who keeps those diagrams up to date. We currently have the January 2019 edition, which is largely unchanged from what the current edition would look like, but there have no doubt been updates since that release. Has anyone ever tried emailing them to see if they could get a newer edition?
