Trainspotter Posted September 24, 2007 Share #1 Posted September 24, 2007 SEPTA to Raise Prices for Tokens, Transfers Philadelphia - It looks like the price of tokens and transfers are going up by 15-cents. SEPTA plans to put the new fare in place October 1st, that's a week from Today. The reason for the sudden change is because the transit agency lost a battle with the city over transfers.
