T-Radio shut down after 16 days, 1,800 comments

BOSTON - After receiving overwhelming feedback from more than 1,800 riders, the MBTA suspended T-Radio yesterday after only 16 days on the air.

T-Radio, a mixture of entertainment news, music and safety announcements produced by Pyramid Radio, Inc., has been playing at North, South and Airport stations since Oct. 9 as part of a pilot program.

i wouldn't like it either.

here its already bad enough some of the station announcers can't shut their damn mouth (every 2 seconds "Ladies and Gentlemen, Because of Construction there are some Service Changes...." SHUT UP ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

let's just hope the people at the MTA do not try to install that nonsense here.
