Go to User CP and click Edit Avatar(icon photo) then click browse and insert an image from your computer.
For your signature, If you want something that is animated you will have to make that yourself in iaza using the Frame Animation and the click the picture when you are done. Then copy the link of the pic into your signate where it says insert URL.
