  1. I doubt it. I'm sure plenty of people who have gone through did the exact same, as they advised. My tickets are nothing far from ordinary like anyone else can have. Most importantly, as I quote "DRIVERS license has no regard in the pursuit of this position as it is not related to driving a train" (something along that nature)...so if they did assess that in such manner...then its hypocritical to emphasise that my license record doesnt matter. Hence to why they advise some to just "take the hit" in order to move forward from PE....with that being said, then I'm also robbed of the chance to have fought the "assessed" tickets. They wouldn't be there on my record for them to consider....its just seems all across the board wrong. I do appreciate the words of wisdom, thank you.
  2. Has anyone here from list number 110X and beyond, received a rule 4.7.1 (c) letter (1in 3 rule) in the mail? Took my PE May 24th...told to wait for medical.... received letter yesterday August 22nd....Has an X marked by #2....which states "you were considered and not selected for appointment in accordance with rule 4.7.1 (c), of the Rules and Regulations of New York City personnel director".... it further states that if an X is marked by the #2....it is only at the agency's request that I can be recertified to the agency again. I cant understand why this decision could not be made during or before the PE stage...I have plead guilty to numerous tickets as they advised this position has NOTHING to do with drivers license but that they still required me to have nothing pending...so like most would to invest in this opportunity I plead guilty, paid over 800 dollars in total to abide by their policy...only to be told I'm not selected....now I cant get a driving job if my life depended on it which was my profession all of my life....its absurd and very upsetting. It feels very wrongful. I've invested DEEPLY to pursue this position, for this level of disregard. They've seriously interrupted my life and ability to feed my family behind that. ridiculous.
  3. Hey I know Ms Vargas is hard to reach

    Try this number  (347) 643-8217

let me know how that goes

  4. Yeah man I'm definitely not liking the sound of it. The anticipation I put on this all this time. Everything is fine to my knowledge, paperwork and drug test. The fact that someone has even turned down...these are numbers 15 plus pass me🤔...every exam I've. Een considered for and this would be the one that catches a 3 n 1 rule...I never even knew of it until days ago, I've always gotten the email or call.
  5. Yeah man, I definitely did. Didnt have any luck getting through to her. I'll try her again...On another note, there was a gentleman that posted to this forum not so long ago. I've forgotten the name, but he explained; he noticed that his number was being skipped and that Vargas told him to expect a letter in the mail....Does anyone remember or has anyone heard anything further in his case?
  6. Wow man I'm losing my mind watching numbers pass me receiving this medical email. List# low 11xx. Did PE may 24th. Does anyone know if emails are the only way of contact for this, has anyone received mail for medical appointments
