The paper was starting to get taught and show signs of ripping and I did not want to go on. It looked like it said CC Local. There were 1 or 2 more past this but did not get to it. Is this what you meant by Rare Readings?

Hello. Looking for some help to see if anyone can let me know what it is I have here. This was inherited from my parents who found it in an antique shop in the 80's. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am afraid to roll the sign as it is very brittle. Thanks!
