For Trackworker you must update your address with DCA.. I did the same thing emailing and faxing to MTA and found out that didn't work.. As your number comes uo they pull the contact info from DCAS. Just some helpful insight

Who is the best person to contact at 180 livingston regarding Track worker..I have tried updating my contact info numberous times with the change form and they still have my old address according to Ms chestnut..

I am also on other exam but Ms chestnut only seems to deal with Bus operator info..

I must say there is a lot of discouraging and mixed information in this forum... Info is all over the place... Best think is to forget about this list and keep your info updated... This forum should be used with facts and not guesses or opinions... Just my point of view..Happy holidays

hello everyone I have been following you all since abourt april 2015, am happy to finally see some of you like Dunlik get to work my list #is 1100 I got a 97 on test still waiting I really need this opportunity, just got married morgage etc you all know how it goes. what do yall think about my list # you think I will get called in a yr or two? lol.. just hoping and waiting Good luck to all who are working and those who are waiting....

Good to see some movement in this exam. I'm 110#. I see drug test for 72# already.Looks like 2016 will be my year..

Truly am getting fed up taking these test. The first test I took my list number was 1020 ok no problem. A family member also took that test was hired years later.Then the results were thrown out for my test.Another test was given My family member informed about a year ago some of the new workers got passed with 70's some 77. I'm like wow what the hell, Had they not voided my test I should of been called when my Brother got called my score was 84 It wasn't many people that actually took the test then..OK so I take this test totally different from the test I took before plus a whole lot more took the test this time and with the bonuses some people got I'm like it's no possible way I'm getting this job.But good luck everyone else wait it out and eventually you will be called. My brother is 10 years on the job believe me it's well worth the wait, Benefits are amazing and it's always the opportunity for advancement throughout your employment.

Calling a person for example with #200 and hiring 200 people is completely different.You can't estimate how fast they are moving only what # they are up too. Patience is what we all need.

Although a license is not required can points on a license keep me from getting hired??

maybe they are getting ready to hire more. got the same letter today as the first one ( and nothing (list #,etc.) has changed on it). to come in on monday.

 

 

People drop out cause they take another job or fail the drug test or etc.so dont give up.

Well if a new class starts April 1st that's 4 months to get through 150 people a nice round number so say they continue a pace like that they would hire 450 people a year so that would be 1800 people in 4 years hopefully the hiring process goes much faster but it doesn't seem likely the way things have been going. There could be a period when a ton of people retire and it goes faster no way to really tell but from the numbers we have and the time it has taken they prob won't get to those numbers so keep taking tests good luck

At this rate 12k+ people will never get hired that made the list

No attendance wont be a problem.I work in the BX and arive 30-45 minutes before my schedule start all the time...But thanks guys for the responses.

Question about residency. Does anyone have a clue as to what residency investigation is done. I currently reside in CT but still have my NY address on my license. Drivers license is not required for the position, but wanted to know if living out of state would be an issue.
