Im not sure if this was answered before, but does anyone know what hours the shifts are if you get hired? Also can you work part time or is it only full time? Im asking because I was thinking of going back to college but if I was called up before I finished I would want to do this job too in case I still can't get a good job after college.

I called the automated number for DCAS and its saying im on an outstanding certification again. Last month I called and it said i was no longer on certification. Did this happen to anyone else? Any ideas why, im thinking maybe they have to do it again since its a new class.

Hey does anyone know if you get SSI for depression if that will affect you getting hired if you get called by the MTA?

I am in the 400s and haven't gotten called or received any mail about coming in for a drug test. In another forum i saw they said being eligible certified means that they have gone over your information and you are now eligible to be called in when they reach your number. But there are other forums too with different answers for what eligible certified means. I also called DCAS today and they said number of last certified is 775 and I called the 347 MTA number and the guy said they are up to 157 now so maybe someone dropped out.

Does anyone know if your almost guaranteed to get hired if you pass the medical,drug test,and there are no other issues or are they gonna only choose who they like from that group?

I tried calling the number on the paper to see how far they were on the list but the lady i talked to said they hadn't hired anyone from the list yet and to call back at the end of the month. Do you guys think she meant they hadn't hired any of the people that they have called in for the medical tests?

Does anyone know if you need a resume or if there is an interview after the medical and drug test?
