This is a great thread. So I am low 300's, and have heard nothing as of yet. To the guys who have, how where you contacted, email, mail, or phone? A combination? Does anyone think financial issues would have any bearing on the background check? A contractor has a lean on my home due another contractor he was working with not paying him fully. Not my fault in any way, i'm just caught in the middle of the whole deal. Thanks, and good luck.

Hello eveyone, been watching this thread for a while. I'm in the low 300's (300-320) on the list. I have heard nothing as of yet. I see guys in the 270's going for medical evaluations, and I can't seem to get any info from calling the phone numbers provided by NYCTA (8229-8231). Also, there is word of a class starting soon (Feb 2). I'm thinking that one has the guys who are the very first on the list. Just hoping I do not get passed up. All my info is current with MTA. Any Idea where the list is at, and who is the highest list number reading or following this thread that has been contacted? Thanks.
