    Okay so I really only have one concern that I need need real clarity on. I've read online (yes, I know) that the law requires to locomotive engineers to have a minimum of 20/40 vision in one eye WITHOUT corrective lenses. But before the interview, I read in the packet they gave me that the LIRR requires at least 20/40 vision WITH OR WITHOUT corrective lenses. Can anybody clear this up for me? Thank you!

    Hey lirr 154 thanks for that post I'm keeping my head up. Just sucked to get close. I knew if I had gotten into phase 1 I would be good. There'd be no way i was washing out if I got passed that 2nd interview. Hey dre what's ur email

    I guess I blew the 2nd interview. Extremely disappointing.

    does anybody know if they've made their decisions on the first wave? They tell you to continue your life as if it isn't happening but after two aptitude test, an interview, background check, s&d exam and a 2nd interview. you just wanna know
