  1. True, it seems to be that Westchester is much less caring about the LEDs and Rollsigns n the 62As. 1781 had a missing bottom scroll for more than 5 months, 1735 has a missing interior LED sign, 1761 has no LEDs on one side, 1965 has a dead sign, and A LOT have this glitch where only a small section of the LEDs are powered on and Westchester seems to care not one bit about it. But to somewhat bring this thread back on track, 2111-2115 is on the (6) with a majority of its signs still scrolled to (7), and 7531, the lowest 142A on the (6) should be heading out soon

  2. Someone please help me out with this. I've seen pictures of a freshly delivered  bus labeled 8090 with Jamaica depot stickers and a new repaint scheme. But I passed the Zerega facility later that day and 8090 was there with its old paint scheme and ENY stickers. I'll post a pic when i get the chance because I'm doing this on my phone but does anyone have any knowledge about this? And 8402 was in service running heavily on the Q5.

  3. From what I know on the (6), 7591-7600 have the new motors. 7511 used to have the same motors as 7810, but has since been retrofitted to standard R142A motors. On the (4) as far as I know only 7756-7760 have them, and those cars also have very bright lights.

  4. If they really wanted to run 32s on the (M), they can switch the conductors position from 5/3 to 4/4 so they can use the R160 boards

I highly doubt they would do that. the only way they would do that is if they make the (M) around 75% R32/42, and i don't think thats gonna happen. The (M) and (L) would probably trade a lot so be prepared to see a lot more R160s on the (L) if my predictions are correct, which not to be self centered, but i believe they are.

  5. I'm not saying i don't like the R62A (6), not at all. They do fit but i feel that the 142As fit the (6) more than they fit the (7). and the (6) did get some good 62As that corona put a lot of work into fixing up. And i do have to agree that Westchester didn't take much time with the 142As when it comes to maintenance, but i dont see Corona doing a lot for some of the conversions that they're recieving. Ride R42A conversion 7429 and youll see what I'm talking about. and even most of the new factory sets look like shit. but I'd rather have had the 142As from the (4) converted because, 1, they roster would be actually sequential if they ended at 7810, and 2, a lot of people out there want R62As back on the (4). And the(4) took much more care of their 142As better then Westchester did. I have no clue why I'm ranting but whatever. Everyone has their own opinion and this is how I feel.

  6. As a daily (6) rider, I personally don't like this swap. I don't think a line thats had NTTs for so long should almost be returned completely back to OTT. Don't get me wrong, it is nice having R62As on the (6) , but not as many as we have and will continue to recieve.
