Yeah I have read in detail about this accident and I really don’t think it was driver’s mistake completely. Though no doubt he did the accident but you can’t ignore those circumstances and his track record. My cousin who works with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer also didn’t think he did it knowingly or could have avoided it.
