  1. Would it be useful to extend down to 55st and introduce the T train for phase 2 ? It would open up a transfer to the E, M and 6 trains sooner. It would also double service on 2nd ave without having to wait for phase 3.
  2. This idea is probably impossible but if they can extend the line to the bronx and find some way to provide a cross platform transfer to the 2/5 trains at Third Avenue–149th Street, that would be interesting.
  3. Building a cross platform transfer at grand st with 2nd/6th Ave crossovers and rerouting the route south of Chatham square to merge with the JZ at Chambers St would present additional operational flexibility. - it would allow B/D trains coming from 6th ave to access Montague. - allow the T to bypass the midtown portions of 2nd ave due to construction/stall train, travel via 6th ave to lex 63st, where it can continue from 72-125st. - provide the T with transfer options at Fulton st.
  4. How about instead of phase 2, we make a connection between the 8th Ave express tracks and the 63 st tunnel. C and E train 8th Ave local to WTC. K train (Fulton St local and 8th Ave Express) to 96 st via the Q. K train stops at 42 st PABT Lex 63 st 72st 86st 96st
  5. The plan might work if SAS phase 3. Run Culver express trains via rutgers to 2nd ave phase 3 to pair with the T. Keep the M on the 6th ave line. Maybe have the T use the nassau line to save costs and run it via montague to brooklyn.
  6. How about this idea. Reroute the M train to the Nassau line in manhattan. Restore the V train as Culver express to second ave 96 st. Keep the F the same.
  7. Any plans to build a 7 train stop at 42 st 2nd ave during SAS phase 3 ?
