I emailed the form requesting to restore my name. How long did it take for them to respond with confirmation?

Where do you see people restoring their names? I’m about to put my name back on the list.

I personally asked Ms. Olha when I went in to ask about putting my name back on list. She said it’s a late June class. But anything can change.

You should go in person and ask to speak to Olha. There was a young lady there today that had missed her appointment yesterday.

I’ve been a CR a few years, so I know what the crew office is capable of, hence not wanting the B division.

That’s what I’ve been told by friends who went to the B. I figured I’ll try again to get into A, if not then the B division awaits me.

I don't think its that easy, she warned me it's not guaranteed. Huge gamble....hence why Im only doing this once and that's it...If I get B again, I'll have to remain.

No way I’m doing this more than once. It’s a long annoying process. You HAVE to do everything over from ZERO and you’re not guaranteed to be called back because there may be no more classes…it’s a gamble.

I did find it a little odd they mentioned that you can resign three times from a title. I probably misunderstood her but I’ll get the details tomorrow

I was told I can resign three times and return to previous title. After the third time resigning you’re permanently removed from the list. I have to go to HR tomorrow and get exact details.

Yes sir, I want to put my name back on the list hoping that I’ll have a better seniority in the next class, which would allow me to be one of the first to pick divisions. (Aware of full classes being drafted)

Any idea when is the next class after May 16th and what list number range they will call? thanks

Exactly why I resigned. I live in Yonkers. Takes me 8 min to get to VC, 5min to Whiteplains etc… Even if I get sent to 207 or 168, it’s annoying. I’m spoiled 🤣 hopefully next class they put me in I can pick A

Pick something where it will be close to home. Trust me, the screw office will have you reporting on one end and give you a job on the other end.

Had to resign today due to being forced into the B division (westchester resident). Going to put my name back on the list and hope to get called for a future class where I’ll be able to be one of the first to pick divisions. In the mean time, back to popping them doors, close to home does anyone know what list numbers are being called for this May class?

Got the call and email today as well. I did my first pre employment January 7th. Im REALLY hoping this is for the second step and not another pre employment. A classmate that got called recently told me the email for the 1/2 part is the same so most likely it’s for the 2nd part considering the short time that has transpired.

I did mine 1/7 and I think my list number is 32xx or 33xx. I forget.
