Don’t worry about the certification expiring. When you see a new certification it means DCAS sent a list of names to consider for appointment. You’re still “on the list” the certification sequence number tells you how many people are AHEAD of you. So, there are 696 names with a list number lower than yours who are eligible to be considered for appointment

They are very expensive, which is why I prepare and cook my own food. I live alone, so it’s actually quite simple for me

I was in ketosis, and 18 hours fasting during my medical. They were using multi stix, but the nurse didn’t say anything about ketones. Btw, IF and Keto have allowed me to lose 50 pounds since January 2021

I know. You said it was due to your BMI. Dee bees is 32-33. I believe BMI above 34 triggers a sleep study

Congratulations on the weight loss! Well played! They subtract five pounds for clothing and shoes. Your BMI and pressure are on point too. If your neck circumference is LESS than 17 inches, and EKG are normal, you’re golden. Good luck

You will be a ok. Good to go you can drive in New York with a New Jersey license, therefore it is valid in New York. They ask for an abstract from states other than NY. They can be ordered online

Yes. If you read the letter it says birth certificate OR valid Passport. -
It needs to be approved by transit. There was a disclosure form in the paperwork they sent

YES. That’s how many candidates are ahead of you. There are also 100 vacancies in this certification
