It took about four days after the test to get an email stating an MRO needs to discuss the results with me. That took roughly 24hrs before you make contact with a physician. 

A follow up email another three to four days providing rehab options. I have not received a disqualification letter yet which may occur in a few more days. That is purely speculative yet highly likely I may receive one. 

It bums me out because this position was so close. Though I haven’t been notified that I’ve been clipped yet, it still feels like I’ve been. 
 

If anyone may know of a way to get retested, Tag or even pm me I’d gladly take another shot if I have to wait another year.

Yea didn’t want to spend unnecessary money on rehab if they are not going to retest me.

Hey anyone knows what happens if they send you a substance abuse program list? Do you get to redo your drug test if the exam is still active? Or are you dq’d for this exam?

I’m pleased to report that hiring is picking up in our department. 

 

Recently, we’ve had new hire classes for Conductors and Train Operators, and promotions for Tower Operator, Dispatchers, and TSS. 

 

There’s more help on the way. 

 

•In late July, 30 T/Os will be hired. 

•In late August, 70 more T/Os will come on board. 

•There are Conductor classes tentatively scheduled for July, September, and November. 

•There is a Tower Operator class tentatively scheduled for July. 

 

These hirings are of course, much needed, and we look forward to growing our ranks.

Correct. Union VP made an update on the union Facebook about a July class along with the august class. Tss i ran into today told me they expect to hire 100 new TOs. Now that Covid restrictions are loosening, we might see the big induction classes again. My July 2019 class had 60 train operators in it.

Any chance they make mention of what the dates may be?

Just got my canvas letter (15xx) what if your employment history is longer than the form they give to you in the pdf. how do I duplicate that pdf., to finish filling in the necessary info?

Guess i didn't take the over head into account with hiring a new employee. Sounds like the hiring is over then. I hope this is not the case, i hope they have classes scheduled soon or extend the list. 

Correct but it will cost more to operate the trains with the current workforce. And they don't want to spend more it seems as if they are going to hire smaller groups to cut costs to fill the desired 800 positions currently. 

I just finished reading both articles it doesn’t seem as if it was operational titles. It just seemed like another reiteration of what was stated before when we believed a freeze was occurring some time ago. Could you post the line of the memo that stated that verbatim?

Hoping for some good news this month.. i hope there is a class starting soon. Still waiting 15xx 

Last time i called livingston and they said they are still waiting on more dates nothing yet though i called like two weeks ago so im not sure if anything changed. Im also in the 15xx range. Looks like the cert is closed for now 

15xx here last p/e was june 2019, still nothing yet.

Did anyone get contacted for p/e yet i seen it was a very small group on dcas and dcas phone system doesn’t seem to have any movement update yet 15xx here still waiting for my third p/e
