  1. I would put the Nevins st-Atlantic Ave. interlocking between Court Street-borough Hall and Hoyt Street so the trains can stop at Hoyt street. In addition to that, have the court st. station on 1 level with a single island platform.
  2. If the mta had rally severe budget cuts, then this would be the least amount of service possible.

This is my idea for the least amount of service on the subway. no train no train no train no train No Franklin Avenue Shuttle; replaced by train running from 96th street via bridge and west end, through Coney Island to Fränkin Avenue-Fulton Street (similar to the ) Train routed back to Nassau st, via Brighton to serve 7th Avenue train extended to Lefferts blvd from WTC.
