What happend with your situation? I know it was 4 years ago but I’m in a similar situation. I’m starting the testing process for block operator. I received a misdemeanor Dwi 4 years ago. Any advice ? @tprashad0719

Hey guys,

I’ve been invited to start the testing process with LIRR for the block operator position. My only concern is the background check. I received a Misdemenor dwi 4 years ago. (Only arrest) I have reason to believe this will disqualify me ? Thoughts?
