    i look back in a very old thread of transit cleaner, i see they call back for medical after 1 to three week . i am partially deaf so i may be placed for medical hold. hopefully it is. not going too long. i really want to get into mta.

    good luck, i let you know what the other process , make sure you go early eat big , you will be there for six to eight hour waiting each time you are there. i hope it medical for me after my drug test..

    i wonder how the training is like lol we mostly begin around fall/winter, shoveling snow. i am deaf partially. my english aint perfect

    no one got call for pre employment for transit cleaner yet ? wow, i go in this friday . i have to be an hour and half early.. 10am do you bring original or copies? the application end at aug 31. i guess they randomly select conductor who not called in they sent me email and left me an voicemail

    you only need a hs diploma . lately i saw lot of very young bus drivers. very young. like 21 years old to 25 years old. he was buying mcdonald’s lol

    i was called for bus operator but my dad didn’t want me to do it. i see so much college dropout driving bus now. i know the training is hard and you are dealing with lot of rude customers . i been a delivery driver for years and i met sooo much karens.bus operator i scored an 85 conductor scored an 91 how long will u think it take after pre employment. i want to work for a company temporarily till they fully sworn me in .

    oh i received an call from mta for this opportunity , due to i am on conductor list, 13*** list ending soon.filled in application next week , they called me for pre-employment . they called in lot of conductor that not callled yet,too i was just about to do fedex express courier. this is mta open door, i have to take this than other jobs.

    2008, 2016, 2024 should be next conductor test for public right after the promotional exam. it is just an educated guess. i am doing transit cleaner , hope my medical hold wont be that long because i am deaf partially.

    transit cleaner or conductor? . it is open door to mta if you get into transit cleaner. then you can promote to other positions once exam open. i am only doing gig job while waiting. dont want to work for another company.

    i got pre employment for transit cleaner next friday. any other conductor not called in got that yet for transit cleaner? are they ending this list soon?

    last week .. i am on conductor list, they offer me this opportunity since conductor exam coming to end, not sure if they are extending it.
