I filled out the questionnaire. Everything was smooth sailing until the doc measured my neck. 17 and my height is 6'2 and weight 230

I've read on here if your neck is larger than a certain size they automatically send you for that test, wonder how true that is. 

Neck size can't be more than 17. Im 6'2 and weight 230. Its just a precaution on their part. Just sucks cause I feel like I'm jumping hurdle after hurdle. Good luck to ya

Hello to all and good luck to all with their Medicals and training. I think I'm done trying for this position. After all that I've been through to try and keep myself healthy.... now they want a damn sleep study. SmH. They wanna put me on medical hold. I don't think I'm wasting my time on this anymore. I'm usually don't get stressed but damn. Anyway sorry for the rant. Stay safe people✌

The Mac doctor will go over the questionnaire again with you at your appt. How is your neck is it 17 or over?  Than the doctor will want a sleep study completed to proceed 

I'm about 15 ³/⁴ to 16 on the neck about 236lbs and 6'2 in height. Thanks for your reply. I guess I'll just do the health questionaire on their computers. I seen people doing it there.

I did but there are 17 health questionaires. It takes me to a cority health page. The covid one I'm aware of but this is baffling. Thx

Thx for your speedy reply. Its a link in the email that was sent to me. Cority health questionaires. I know we have to fill out the covid health one before going the building but this one has me going crazy and my appointment is tomorrow😲

Hello and good luck to everyone here. I have 3 questions I need assistance with, I'm hoping I can find answers here. Let me explain my situation.... I went to 180 Livingston on 8/13/21 and completed the 1st phase of pre-employment. Now I received an email asking me to show up to 180 Livingston on 8/24/21 for the 2nd phase of the process (which I believe is the Medical portion of it) Now here is my problem..... on the email, it states that I need to complete the online health questionaire, which the link is in the email... when I click on the link, it takes me to a web page thats called Cority health questionaire.... here's my question.... what is the MAC (Medical Assessment Center) I'm thinking MTAHQ, but I'm not sure... 2nd question... which health questionaire do I need to fill out? There are 17 questionaires and I'm not sure which is the one thats needed. In my email, it said instructions are attached but all I see is a CPD Booklet (21 pages) I9 Forms (3 pages) and the New TA Hire booklet (18 pages) in PDF format, which I printed out and completed it..  And my 3rd question... I've seen people mention money orders for fingerprinting but that wasn't mentioned in my email.... so is this the 3rd phase of the hiring process?This is for Exam 9604 B/O. Thanks in advance and hopefully someone can shed some light on this.
