Remember you will be on 40 hrs for a little bit at about an extra 2 dollars more than B/O top pay. Adjust now and this will not hurt you, plus it just gets better. Schedule: You go to the bottom of the barrel, but is not as bad as it should because they are short in staff. Meaning, it will take a lot less time to get those schedules than the folks that started way before us. Paperwork: Is easy with repetition. Plus there is some amazing instructors in Zerega at this moment. They will make each one of the guys coming be super confident. Plus, we here to help. Once you make it we will all meet and help one another. MOST IMPORTANT: Never forget where you come from. The government is as strong as its arm forces. They are trained to work in synchronization. COME IN TO BE PART OF THE SYNCHRONIZATION, not to be the weak link. If you make it, it’s because you once was a Bus Operator, remember that. Again, good luck. 184 out!

Good afternoon guys. The class that was in has hit the streets. As per previous count downs, December should be the next class. I also hear of many dispatchers that such and such is leaving and what not. Keep those prayers going. P.S. for the person that asked me the list number. Let’s say is in between the next ten. I am here with you. But you never know who is watching and why. Stay positive, we are all going in. Just don’t change and remember where you came from. Do your job without harming others. You never know what the next person is going through, or what or how that slip can ease that pain.

I need an advice quick. So I went to the GSS. She is training a new one and the new one didn’t send my evaluation on time, as per her response, what I do now. I have until the end of the week to get this fixed.

Ok guys. Sorry for not being as active. I was pulled to the office. The GS gave me an RP. Is my first negative remark on my file. I went to the Sup of support after and was told I am still good for promotion. I can advise the rest of us waiting, to do as I am doing now, back to day 7 of training days. Sucks I needed a hiccup to realize it. Also, anyone that can share materials for this upcoming exam, please share it with me. I am taking it and need to A’s it. I will really appreciate it.

I wonder what damage will this cause. i am on this list number and very close to be called if so now. Advise, don't let the line stress you.
