I strongly suggest to everyone that says they got called last year for pre-employment and did not get a call back to GET UP and go to 180 Livingston Street as I did. I’ve been on this forum for years and I appreciate what I’ve learned, however, one thing I took heed to was you CANNOT depend on these people answering the phones. If you truly want to make a difference in your life, you need to be serious and take a trip to 180 Livingston St in Brooklyn. Let them know your situation and you may even have to request to re-enlist your number as I DID. If I never took the trip down there I would not have known about that and I would not be where I am today. And by the way, just to let a few of you all know with numbers 3*** that posted recently. My number is past y’all number, so I hope that is some motivation for you to get up and go handle your business. Much blessings to you all.

Thank you for your input. I am truly grateful for this response and getting a better understanding as to what is currently going on. So will those who did pre-employment and passed drug test and medical still valid or will they have to repeat the process?

Do they tell you where you need to get your dispositions from? Are they able to tell you where you've been arrested and where you get dispositions from? Do you need to get ALL dispositions from out of state as well?

You didn't bring in the packet or you did? Did they ask you about past convictions? What was the step by step for final processing?

The April 24th training class is filled up. Not sure when the next class is but I have to finish final processing.

Did you start final processing? Did they take your packet? Or after medical did they tell you they will call you to finish the process?

What did they do after everything? Did you do only medical? Did they tell you to come back? What's the next process after you pass medical?

That's not the energy you need to be having. I believe there may be a possibility. To my knowledge their approaching the 4000's ....we are in April and this list expires January 2024. There are many people that changes phone numbers, don't check emails, don't pass drug test, passed away, not interested in the job anymore because they got something else and numerous other reasons. In theeantime, you should be preparing yourself getting the proper documents you need, (work history, dispositions, etc. Unlike a few of us that were unaware of these things, I had to wait last minute to obtain these items. Have patience, have faith and say your prayers. I believe they'll get to that number very soon. Trackworkers are in high demand. Hope this helps. Peace.

Thank you. I was told that as well, but I just found a more simpler way and that was by checking my past emails from DOL. That basically gave me the details I needed in regards to UP. Well, that's good. The waiting game been happening, it's just about making sure everything is correct and all goes well as we will all love to. This will make a drastic change for the better for many and I'll definitely say my prayers for those that are humble and wants nothing but the best for themselves and family.
