Hey everyone Merry Christmas!!! I had a question related to our HR-BEN paperwork, More specifically the Department section at the top. I see on my appointment/payroll notice that I have 2 departments "service delivery" and "inductution training float", or do I simply put Train Operator? also I notice on the pdf sent for the induction appointment that out of the listed documents needed there at the bottom "Death Benifit HR-BEN-382 Beneficiary documents" were not included in the email. Will they give this with the 401k enrollment paperwork on monday? I managed to find both online and printed them anyway.

Thank you for clearing that up. Is there any flexibility of choice between A or B with the pick or is it pretty much whatever they choose for you?

Hey everyone 👋 just finished final processing and finger printing today, confirmed start date for the 26th also. Congrats to everyone starting, good luck to anyone who hasn't heard back yet and thank you for those who have helped this far 🙏. I look forward to meeting those of you who will be starting alongside me on the 26th. I wanted to ask if anyone knows what the first week will be like? From what I understand they said we go to Brooklyn in person the 26th and then a zoom orientation on Tuesday. It wasn't mentioned what will be following that, I assumed we would be finding out where and when to report to for Wednesday during Monday or the zoom orientation?

Did and passed my medical today as well, also was told my second lab would have to be done another day because they were to full for the rest of the day. I was told to come in again tomorrow morning too, at 6:30. Didn't notice an N, but then I'd be curious what that meant also.

Hey everyone Happy belated Thanksgiving! I recently discovered in my email my appointment for medical is on Monday #521x. Im the email there were attachments and in the body of the email it stated I didn't need to bring them filled out. Previously during my drug test I filled out a bunch and submitted, the documents seem different, but still also ask about employment timeline. It also states that being that I missed the Nov 14th class my drug test would be expired and I'd have to redo it before starting. Does anyone know if I'd be taking the drug test the same day or being sworn in this appointment, or is more likely I'd have to return with the paperwork filled out and be sworn in on a third appointment? What I'm asking is isn't the drug test part of the pre-employment process? Or is this something that comes up after the physical in the last stage of the pre-employment process. Sorry if I didn't understand the answer.

So for example I have a ticket that's caught up in the court being managed by my lawyer, it's been pushed back twice and I forgot about it. I already submitted my paperwork and did my drug test. December 13th would be 90days from my drug test. Am I'm screwed at this point, or if I plead guilty and paid the fine and followed up with pre-employment would I be safe. I completely forgot about this and have yet to hear from them about the medical, but I know my number is close.

At what point in the process do you need all tickets resolved by? Before or after the physical?

Hey would you be able to tell us how far on the list you are, don't have to give the whole number. I'm just curious if we've got past 5,000 yet. I took the drug test on September 14th and still haven't heard back yet.
