Once you get passed over you have to wait your time to qualify again. That means whatever held you back you have to fix before being eligible again. Once eligible you have to write a letter to the powers that be to get back on the list. But if the list is expired then so might your opportunity. At least thats the way I understand it be. Contact your GS Administrator. They are the ones who pulls the files and sign off on your promotion along with the AGM & GM of the depot. Good luck.

Thats crazy. I am 168 and heard nothing back yet. I was told they pulled my file and that everything was good and was gonna be signed off on. GSA was on vacay this week.

Pushed back. New date is supposedly April 16th. We will see.

Just got the word that the new class that was supposed to start on April 2nd has just been pushed back to April 16th.

Nah but I don't think they will be calling OA this class. Word on the streets is that they are over packed. Dispatchers sitting around on the extra list doing nothing just waiting for work. Maybe the next class they will call. Hopefully there is one in July.

I was thinking… Maybe they went back on the list and grabbed a few that did not qualify initially. 🤷🏽 Thats what happened with the last class. They grabbed 5 operators who they skipped over and then went back and grabbed them when they were qualified.

I swear I was just doing the math before reading your response. And thats crazy. That means that from 162 up everyone qualified. Thats kinda unusual to hit 15 straight.

Learning pay is kinda a thing of the past. Computers do everything. Its good to know for personal purpose but last test there was no math. Test before that had basic math. Just saying that it should not be a big focus.

My GSA just pulled me in to his office. Said an email was sent to pull my file for evaluation for promotion. Class is scheduled to start April 2nd. Thats all the info that I have as of now. list number is #168🙏🏽

And from the history and track record of the promoting on this list. They have been having classes every three to four months. Going backwards Jan 2023… Oct 2022… July 2022… March/April 2022… Dec 2021… so if this trend keeps up there should be a class hopefully in April/May of this year🙏🏽

And to anyone that is in the Dispatcher class (TA) that started this past Sunday 1/15/2023, please give us an update on any info that you might come across. Mainly like if you hear abt when a new class might be starting. Please dont forget abt us. You were just where we are at now not long ago. Any info will be helpful and appreciated. As we are kinda in the dark over here. Thanx

If possible can you put the info where to order the shoes from please. I stopped getting the shoes when the trucks stopped coming to the depots. Never got the shoe info. I would appreciate it. Thanx

Okay I see where the confusion is coming from. The eligibility list number is right before the persons name. It IS NOT the number all the way to the left. IT IS RIGHT BEFORE THE PERSONS NAME.

Its right under the date… its says “Resources- Eligibility List” click on it
