Please do not charge New Yorkers [who can not afford it] to drive to their essential jobs every day in order to serve the city. Do not punish people for going to work. Punish people for illegal activity. Install red light cameras in every traffic light. Install more speed cameras all over the city. Make your money on illegal activity that is hurting others. Do not make your money by punishing people who are going to work.
