I don't know if i got it right but if i didn't could you make one for the Train

This is my final draft for the bus signs. If you would like one, you can request here. I'll make them in the following conditions.

1. Up to five panels for each route
   
2. Blue for Local
   
3. Purple for Limited
   
4. Sky Blue with plus background for Select bus service
   
5. Green for Express bus
   
6. Yellow background for school trips only
   
7. You must specify intersection or point of interest where these buses are located
   
8. Bus stop and or routes can be fantasy or real
   
9. No Profanity/threatening/harassing requests will be accepted
   
10. No personal addresses, please.
    

Here are some examples.

Plus overhead subway signs are still available for request. I'll give examples here.

Here are the guidelines for subway routes.

1. Up to four routes per sign

2. Signs will be condensed if necessary to save up space

3. If you like a diamond bullet for the route, specify for that route, otherwise all routes will use circle bullets.

4. Specify either white or back background, otherwise black background will be used.

An idea; you should do this bus sign one day. Instead of including only the bus route number, it should be formatted like today's current sign. :cool:

 

That one looks cool. Kinda wish there were more of those around. I'll try to get to that soon enough. Thanks for your suggestion. Here's my first attempt.

Here's what I've been working on. Since this thread was created, I only focused only on NYC Subway destination signs. Now it's time for NYC Bus signs. Here's some samples of what I've been working on this past hour. Blue signs are for local routes, purple signs are for limited stop routes, and green signs are for express stop routes.

Don't mean to bump this thread but I decided to come up with these temp signs (white background with black lettering for G.O.s and long term projects)

Your paper buses are really cool!

Decided to use Helvetica CE for my signs.

Is it better than Helvetica?
