  1. ok, i'm going to clear this up before this gets into a heated arguement:

    yes the 7 and the L both ran two train types each: R33wf/36WF and R62As, and R42s and R143/R160s respectively.

    But the R33/36s were to be phased out and the R42s were to be displaced to Coney Island. So therefore while there was a few years of a mixed fleet, it was never intended for them to be a mixed fleet for long. That's the point I'm trying to get at.
