Yeah, but UP lost their half of the new buses with ENY taking half of the xd40s. If anything ENY should be taking maybe the 9600s instead.

I was thinking the same thing too but I thought ENY was getting all their 4900s back?

Actually I was thinking the same thing when I started this. I will remove the RTS AND Orion 05.501 buses UNLESS they are repainted in the "NEW" scheme...which I tend to doubt. Less confusion for everyone.

 

 

Well, not necessarily...at Jamaica...#4657-4659 have the same type of numbers like #3851 BUT they were not repainted. Actually, looks like Jamaica is slowly slipping back into it's "WTF" days as those three in particular looks like sh#$%^!

 

 

Buses #4474, #4533 and #4618 were delivered with that white trim on the front. Everyone, should I just include them on the list JUST to get them out of the way UNLESS they really have been repainted? If so, then I might as well add buses #3834, #3851 and #4230 since they got "somewhat" of a repaint.

Maybe, but at the same time, ENY didn't lose that many RTSs to Flatbush + lost a few to LGA. Let's not make any false predictions and just wait and see.

I agree.....but I think I see the pattern.....ENY is getting their 4900s back and some or maybe all the 96 Novas are being pushed out to LGA

Saw this bad boy on track 1 in the yard when I came in this afternoon.

I saw that bus on the B60 on thursday....it's funny how I seen it one day and it's gone the next

The 4900s returning to ENY means a few buses... like 8809 and 8813, now at LGA. And those are buses in great shape, too.

IIRC,they got overhauled i think.....8813 is a runner.....i'm guessing most of those 96 Novas are leaving ENY to go to LGA.....they are gonna run those buses into the ground....smh
