Also they want to put more residential buildings, instead of producing things, people will be consuming things, similar to houses going on farm field, there should be modern industry there, not more uptight a-holes in high end condos complaining about how much transit sucks and the noise etc. :mad: It also leaves no flexibility in modifying the yard in the future.
