Fan Railer Posted May 4, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 4, 2010 The great man who gave us the Rolling Stock book has decided to retire. Heard about it when I was stuck on the for an hour and a half between 125th and 59th last saturday. The guy was from transit (showed me his ID) and said the retirement party was last week. It is a sad moment for the NYCTA. Sansone was on the workforce for approximately three decades if I'm not mistaken.
SubwayGuy Posted May 4, 2010 Share #2 Posted May 4, 2010 Yup I'd heard about Gino that this was coming a couple weeks back. Good luck to him. But remember SMEE is not "Self-Lapping Mechanical Electrical Equipment" ha (inside joke, if you don't get it don't worry about it)
