It's 8:30 PM and I hear the T/O talking to RCC, but for some reason it was on the loudspeaker. It seemed to be a problem, because as we were on the express tracks bypassing 36 St, there were guys with flashlights looking on the tracks, and the train was stopped by red lights most of the way between Jackson Heights and Queens Plaza, but mainly around 36 St. Anybody know anything about that?
