What do these stickers mean???

Saw them on the R-160 yesteday, but I know every other car has them:

They have to do with the location of uh, "brake related items" in the car...I wont say much more, if anyone who works for RTO wants to spill the beans power to them...

I'd guess some kinda line bleed valves or somethin.
