my list#for BOSS was 369. they sent mailing for invitation for medical/background in march after taking BOSS in february however due to my

present job i am involved in a project for 4 months and could not miss work to proceed with the rest of employment procedure with mta and at the same time couldn t take days off while on project assignment....i called and spoke with someone at 180 livingston and they stated call back when am ready....i will be ready in july but cannot find the packet they mailed me back in march that included all the documents with medical/background info etc....does anyone know if this is mandatory to have once i set up appointment???? someone pls help with this situation and let me now what i can do or who i can call? can they mail me a new one?
