Sad but true. The 2 worst PED/Steriod scandals in Olympic history so far are 1) Ben Johnson in 1988 (video is below guys in case you never heard of him) 2)Soviet and their salelite countries i.e East Germany, Cuba, etc using steriods in period between 1960's-'80's.
