The city has the seconde largest bus network and the largest trolleybus network in the country. The bus network of Lyon is made of 150 lines and 4512 stops, it was used by 148 million passengers in 2011. There is three groups of lines. : It is the main bus lines, made of 26 lines numbered from C1 to C26. : It is the secondary bus lines, numbered from 2 to 100. : It is the shuttles and small lines The city has 8 trolleybus lines, a ninth line (C13) is under in works. Lyon has Irisbus Cristalis ETB 18 (articulated, line C1, C2, C3), Irisbus Cristalis ETB 12 (line C4, C11, C14, C18) produced between 2001 and 2010 and MAN/Kiepe/Hess NMT 222 (S6) produced in 1999. Line C3 is the busiest bus/trolleybus line in Lyon with over 55,000 daily passengers. _____________________________________ For normal buses, the rolling stock in Lyon is less diverse than in Paris, it is limited to Renault/Irisbus Agora and Citelis. There are also mini buses running in some S lines.
