40MntVrn Posted July 3, 2013 Share #1 Posted July 3, 2013 I've noticed that all 10:10 depatures are held at the White Plain Bus terminal to allow for convenient transfers, as most lines end at this time. Every night I notice a couple of people transferring from the northbound 40 and the e&w bound 13's. All the other lines originate from the terminal or from Broadway. Has this always been in practice?
