Unable to view a specific topic- error message ''you do not have permission to view this forum."

i am trying to see a topic in this site and its not letting me view content from that thread. Instead, I keep getting an error message stating ''You don't have permission to view this content". Someone please help me and reply back why I (a new member of NYCTransitforums) cannot view that specific content. I have gone to that forum before I was validated by administrator. (The forum: Animated-Non Animated Subway Signs and Bus Signs). Thank you so much!
