If you are looking for Transit Suffolk Transportation/Suffolk Bus Corp run it out of Bay Shore, Ronkonkoma, and now Coram. (School buses are also run out of those locations as well, except Ronkonkoma which seems to have a seprate yard for school buses, but from what I can tell the driver staff is separate.) SBS/STS has TWU 252 as their union. I don't know much about EBT, but I have heard that they do schedule drivers to do school bus runs along with their transit runs..
