What's going on these next few weekends and late nights on the (N)(Q)(R) lines?

 

I've been reading alot of postings about the following:

 

-The (N) train will be running express between Brooklyn and Manhattan in both directions via Bridge during late nights hours?

 

-The (Q) train will be running on the (N)(R)(W) line between 57 St/7 Av, Manhattan and DeKalb Av, Brooklyn in both directions via Tunnel?

 

-The (R) train will be terminating at 59 St/4 Av, Brooklyn instead of 36 St/4 Av, Brooklyn?

 

whats going on???
