Temporary Closure of the Arlington Street Entrance

EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 22, 2006 UNTIL MARCH 1, 2008

Arlington Station entrance & exits will be closed for a period of approximately sixteen months from November 22, 2006 until March 1, 2008. During this time the MBTA will be performing station improvements.

The Berkeley Street entrance will be used during this period for the inbound and outbound service on the Green Line. MBTA personnel will be available to assist customers and answer any questions.

The MBTA thanks you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve your commute.

NOTE: As a result of this entrance closing, the escalators at the Arlington Street entrance/exit will not be accessible.

this made me mad one night in january when i had to walk 1 long block to arlington (and it was like -5 f outside)
