Avenue J, H and M (Brighton line) are getting rehabilitated very soon

Today was on the the ( train bypassing Avenue J and I saw the border they use for construction put up at Avenue J on the Coney Island bound platform. If you don't know what I am talking about, check the photo below by Metatops, which is only an example of what I'm talking about. I assume they will also put them on Avenues H and M and start construction in a month or so. This means Coney Island bound trains will run express from Newkirk Avenue to Sheepshead Bay, and around Fall 2009, Avenue U and Neck Road (CI platforms) will be done, and CI bound (Q)'s will run express from Newkirk to Kings highway.
