  1. Yes, We need to meet up! We can start a study group at Starbucks or something.
  2. I would say it can be a lot. I wouldn't talk too much about OT, then next thing Channel Seven News is on to it. lol
  3. Congrats guys! It's a great feeling. KNYNE, Thank you. I'm so glad to be aboard, and a change in my career. I been working in healthcare for 18 years, and it feels good to say I did my time, and it's over with now. Change is good!
  4. I'm officially in! I was sworn in today, and start on the 27th. For those of you who went in for the pre-interview, and are waiting on the call, you will get one, don't worry. You ust have to wait out the 2-90 days like the rest of us. There were people there today, who were there for the TO pre-interview as well. The call is coming!
  5. No I went the first week of May.
  6. They left me voice messages on both numbers I had listed this morning, and I go in on Friday. My list is in the upper 3600 range. Thank you tprashad0719, your time will come.
  7. I received the call to go in for final processing this week. "God is good!"
  8. I was advised by one of the HR staff members, to bring back all my paper work when I get called back for final processing, birth certificate etc. Just in case they misplace anything. Just a heads up.
  9. Thanks a lot. I will definitely ask away when the time comes. However, I'm not satisfied until go thru final processing lol. My friend is a TSS, he's been working for MTA for twenty years. We just came back from diving in Florida last weekend, and I been questioning him over and over as far as benefits, time off and promotion etc. Patients is a virtue indeed!
  10. Correct. I received a call this afternoon from another person, the lady told me to ignore the notice. She also stated that she will be calling me soon.
  11. Yup, you come back with the new package when they call you in for final processing.
  12. Ms. Rivera returned my call this morning, and looked up my information. She put me on hold and returned after some time, stating that she see's my file and there is no need to come in, since my last drug test has been taken last month, and not more than 90 days. I just need to wait for the call. Originally, on the voicemail she left this morning, she stated "I would have to come in again if it's more than 90 days, and do the drug test if I want to be in the next class on July 27th" Ms Rivera was very helpful, and did not seem annoyed at all. Thank you!
  13. Sounds great. Thank you very much.
  14. So I have to re-fill the paper work and hand it in to HR, the urine test, and then go home again and wait for the call? What abot the booklet I was suppose to return once I go thru final processing?
  15. I just received the same letter, asking to report to Livingston Street later this week. It's the same form and process I went through a little over a month ago. Should I call HR?
  16. Thanks for the update. Now go study!!!
  17. Sounds good. Best wishes to you!
  18. How did your first few days go?
  19. I totally understand, and gotta do what I gotta do, to better myself. Thank you very much for your feedback. Go make that money!
  20. Nice!!!! Last question; Did they offer you more time to give ur job a two week notice?
  21. Congrats!!! Welcome to the MTA mam!!! Now, im waiting for that call...
  22. Hey Loydmike, Did u get a call back yet?
  23. Just got back from the pre-employment. Everything went smooth. I arrived at 7AM, and was out of there by 10:30. Warm friendly staff and facility. I was told by another employee, I will be able to give a month notice to my current employer, when the time comes. Now I have to wait for the call... Anywhere from three to ninety days.
