the gordan ramsey vid yankspwnsmets posted makes a very good point. they really don't need the fin if it's mainly the broth with the flavor. that said, I have had sharkfin soup and had no problems eating it.

But what they f*ckin do to the sharks is inexcusable. They just cut the damn fins off and throw them back over. And they do this to hundreds of them at a time. I am sorry B3 if it offends you, but the Chinese are doing a very bad thing.
