Alright folks..for those who asking how long will we get our results and how fast will this move. Well right now the applicants ahead of us is 2613 which is The last TA exam that was taking Janurary 2013. Its December now and they started calling people from 2613 i believe The end of october or beginning November 2013. 4600 will not be called till 2613 has been filled in. According to the numbers that actually pass, Mta can knock out the list 2613 fast. Remember not everyone on that list will be hired for many other reason. So this weekend we will take the exam, I have a strong feeling by the end of 2014 beginning 2015, 4600 applicants who passed the exam will be the next round picks. But it all depends how quick they fill in 2613 applicants.

I thought I read that for exam 2613, out of 30,000 people that toook the exam, only 3,621 people passed.

 

In addition, I am also scheduled to take the exam on December 15th as well.

Yeah theres a lot also taking the exam on sunday. Some people dont use the forum, and if you notice its usually the same people posting.....I do know last exam 2613 out of 60,000 applicants that took tge exam, only 3700 actually passed.

Lol at setup....most likely they probably reduced the questions to 60 instead of 80.....The admission letter looks the same as the BOSS exam.

Yeab re read 5 times just to make sure im not going nuts..but it doesnt state it on my admission....but if its 40 question..that should be good

My admission letter states that the exam is going to be an hour and a half long (aka 90 minutes). I would not be surprised in a way if it is going to be a short exam (40 Questions), just like the Track Worker exam this past year, in an effort to get more candidates for the position.

Question....Yesterday at the prep exam class, some of the students were stating their admission letter stated the testing hours was an hour long..can anyone confirm?

I just found out about the school for test 4600. I have been studying from the New York bus operators book and 1 test 1 I got a 92. test two I got a 94. will it matter if I did not take the class. today is December 7th and I have not received my letter yet.can anyyone tell me if they h wereave not received their letter for admission as of today.

the reason why I said I don't recommend that book is because I bought that book, and ive  looked through it, then 2 weeks after I found out about the mta exam class and I went ,and theres hardly anything alike ,plus I asked questions at the instructor at the class and he said those books is not the questions that will be in the exam is different plus they old, and now that I have my booklet from the class ,its true, the booklet is like 35 to 40 dollars  class is 75 , what you prefer,ohh and the booklet the class gives you has maps and headways between buses that you know need to learn that ,so think about it is your choice

Yeah im attending that class this saturday....Question is there any basic calculators? So far the ones I've seen so far has memory savers.

I havent taking a TA exam..I only took the BOSS exam last month. But i know this exam is different compar to the boss exam

Good luck to all taking this test take your time because they will hire from this test sooner then you may think I took 2613 in jan 2013 and I'm already in the 10 day training. There is only 3600 people eligible for hire from my test classes go in every two weeks and they are up  to 180 on the list already. The higher you score the earlier you will get the call. I was one of the last person to leave the test room when i took it but i was in the first group that got hired from the exam.

Sweet! They have a class tomorrow at staten Island also. I was planning to attend there but the location is way off for me. Now i know theres another one in dec 7 located in queens, thats my best bet to attend
