  1. The work car R33s (not R33WFs) were based from the 36th-38th St. Yard after retirement, so it is safe to assume that the R32s are replacing the R33s (the R32s are assigned to 36th-38th too...); the R33s have no air conditioning while the R32s do, and the R33s are somewhat older... For sure the R33WFs are not being replaced entirely by R32s...
  2. No switches exist south of 42nd to allow the do so... it would run express after 59th....
  3. So they have joined those 10 other R32s to replace some R33s then...
  4. So I hear 3630-3631/3836-3837 are now gone, and 3370-3371/3786-3787 are back on the ...
  5. Sad to see them go; will miss these....
  6. The MTA was probably retiring the D60s due to their apparent lower fuel economy and reliability than the LFSs (and to reduce the bus lifespan), but seems like they've learned their lesson after the giant shortage they've experienced...
  7. Everything is the same; 7211-7220/7899 at Corona, 7811-7832 at Coney....
  8. By 2017 starting from mid-2015, so 2-3 years...
  9. My mistake; I should have clarified that by "effect" I was referring to the blurring (perhaps the blurring is an effect itself)... But true, the color effect on the second photo makes it much better...
